Fruit and Vegetable Washing Sorting Line and Mango Drying Production Line Delivery to Bangladesh

On January 22, 2026, a 2000 kg/h fruit and vegetable washing production line and  2000 kg/ batch mango drying production line were loaded into containers at Baixin Machinery's factory and embarked on their journey to the customer's site in Bangladesh. This project is tailored to the processing needs of the Bangladeshi customer . The two production lines are independently designed and manufactured for the pre-processing washing of fruits and vegetables and the deep processing drying of mangoes, respectively, allowing for flexible deployment and operation according to the customer's actual production requirements. They possess technological advantages such as high cleanliness, precise sorting, and a high degree of automation, providing core equipment support for the large-scale processing of fruits and vegetables in the region

During the design phase, Baixin Machinery fully considered the easily damaged surface of the raw materials and adopted the " soft bristle washing" process concept. Through a reasonable combination of equipment, high-standard washingis achieved without damaging the fruit or breaking the skin. The production line shipped to Bangladesh mainly consists of two parts: a fruit and vegetable washing line and a mango drying and processing line , which meet the customer's requirements for drying mangoes to make mango slices and washingroot vegetables .

Production process: Sinking Stone Elevator - Screw roller washing machine - Bubble Washing Machine - Vibrating Dewatering Machine - Air Dryer - Sorting Table

Sinking Stone Elevator

The sinking stone elevator is mainly used for removing stones and sand from graded raw materials and for conveying them. The equipment effectively separates heavy impurities such as mud, sand, and stones by utilizing the density difference of water, while simultaneously lifting and conveying the materials.

Screw roller washing machine

Screw roller washing machine are mainly used for the powerful washing of root vegetables and fruits. Equipped with nylon soft brush rollers, the equipment performs a brush washing of the material during the spiral propulsion process.
Only cleaning without peeling, effectively removing surface dirt and attachments while preserving the integrity of the fruit and vegetable skin to the greatest extent possible. A water collection tray and filter device are installed at the bottom for easy collection and recovery of impurities.

Bubble Washing Machine

As a high-precision washing machine in the entire production line, the bubble washing machine uses high-pressure bubble tumbling to suspend fruits and vegetables in water for deep cleaning. This equipment effectively removes fine impurities from the surface and crevices of fruits and vegetables, and is equipped with spraying and lifting devices to achieve simultaneous washingand conveying.

Vibration Dewatering Machine

Vibrating dewatering machines are used to quickly remove surface moisture from fruits and vegetables after washing. The equipment employs a dual-vibration motor structure, achieving efficient dewatering through high-frequency vibration, effectively reducing residual water on the material surface and preventing water accumulation problems in subsequent processes.

Air Dryer

Air dryers are mainly used for surface drying of fruits and vegetables after washing. The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency fan and air knife system, and adopts a tilting mesh belt structure, which allows fruits and vegetables to be exposed to air from multiple angles during transportation, quickly removing surface moisture.

Production process:Mango Peeling and Pitting Machine - Blanching Machine - Vacuum Sugar Soaking Machine - Drying Machine

Mango Peeling and Pitting Machine

Equipped with a special mango peeling machine with a capacity of 1000 mangoes per hour. The peeling thickness can be precisely adjusted between 1-3mm, suitable for fruits with a diameter of 40-100mm, maximizing the utilization of the fruit flesh .

Blanching

Blanching effectively deactivates enzymes, prevents mangoes from browning, preserves their texture, and prepares them for subsequent sugar soaking and drying processes

Vacuum Sugar Soaking Machine

This process allows for rapid sugar syrup penetration under vacuum, improving the taste, color, and stability of mango products. The entire system is equipped with a sugar dissolving tank, sugar syrup circulation pump, vacuum pump, and filtration device, all made of food-grade stainless steel. It features a rational structure, safe and reliable operation, and is suitable for continuous processing.

Drying

Utilizing air-source heat pump drying technology, the equipment operates stably and is energy-efficient. It precisely controls drying temperature and humidity, ensuring even heating of the mango slices during the drying process and effectively preserving their original color, flavor, and quality .

This shipment used four 40-foot high cube containers, and all the machines have been reinforced to ensure safe transport.
