In September 2025, Henan Baixin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the on-site installation and system commissioning of a 500kg/h quick-frozen French fries production line customized for a client in Oman, and it has now entered the stable trial operation phase. I. Project Overview

II.Production Line Configuration and Core Equipment Introduction

This project is a complete 500kg/h quick-frozen French fries production line, covering all key processes from raw material handling to finished product packaging, including: raw material receiving and pretreatment → washing and peeling → cutting into strips → blanching → cooling → dehydration → frying → deoiling → quick-freezing → packaging. The entire line has a reasonable structural design , with smooth connections between each process, facilitating later maintenance and capacity expansion.

  1. The screw peeling and washing machine efficiently removes potato skins while simultaneously washing them with water as the spiral and brush rotate.
  2. Slicing machine can cut peeled potatoes into sizes of 6*6mm, 8*8mm, 9*9mm, and 10*10mm.
  3. The water bucket elevator washes and removes surface starch from potatoes, reducing the risk of oxidation and spoilage, and smoothly transports potatoes to the next process.
  4. Bubble washing machine uses bubbles to agitate the fries in the washing tank, deeply removing impurities and starch, and preventing the fries from sticking together.
  5. Blanching machine uses 60-95℃ high-temperature hot water to deactivate enzymes, preventing subsequent discoloration of the fries, and simultaneously altering the internal structure for a crispier texture.
  6. The water cooling machine quickly cools the blanched fries, further adjusting the internal structure and optimizing the texture.
  7. The air dryer machine deeply removes surface moisture from the fries, preparing them for subsequent processes.
  8. Continuous frying machine quickly fry French fries in cooking oil at 160-180℃ for 30-40 seconds, ensuring a crispy texture and taste;
  9. Vibration deoiling machine uses vibration to quickly remove surface oil, significantly reducing the oil content of the fries;
  10. The rapid air dryer further removes residual surface oil;
  11. An IQF fluidized freezer uses high-speed airflow to suspend the fries in a fluidized state, allowing for rapid freezing through full contact with cold air;
  12. Automatic weighing and packing machine accurately packages the finished products to preset weights.

III.Installation Site

At the initial stage of the project, Baixin Machinery provided a complete500kg/h quick-frozen French fries production line equipment layout diagram based on the client's factory conditions and process requirements. The layout of equipment placement , logistics flow and operating areas were systematically planned to improve the utilization rate of factory space and overall operating efficiency.
